Montevertine Pian del Ciampolo Der Pian del Ciampolo entsteht aus 90% Sangiovese, mit je 5% Canaiolo und Colorino. Die Trauben werden nach der Handlese in Zementtanks spontan-vergoren und bleiben für ca. 25 Tage auf der Maische. Der Ausbau erfolgt für ca. 12 Monate in großen Fässern aus Slawonischer Eiche und dann nochmal für 3 Monate auf der Flasche. 12 Monate Ausbau in großen Eichenfässern Keine Filtration
